Taking into consideration the details obtained from the initial consultation with the client, our in-house designers/CAD technicians can draw up various layouts showing the different combinations of schemes across the space.
Once the floor plans have been agreed we would look at designs, finishes and graphics (dependant on the brief) that would be suitable for your space. Colours can be selected inline with your company branding or chosen to create a certain feel or theme. Costs will also be worked on, in line with design concepts
Depending on the proposed changes to the office, there may be a requirement for landlord, building control and local authority approval. This is where we would prepare a detailed pack, highlighting the modifications to all aspects of the space.
Once designs and costs have been approved, a programme will be drafted to advise on timings from delivery to completion. In cases where works need to be carried out during occupation, the programme may be phased to avoid/minimise disruption during normal business hours.
The site/area will be prepared post installation to ensure the items in situ are protected and zoned off, to meet required health and safety regulations. Once completed, work can commence.
Upon completion of the project, we will conduct a walk around and ensure you are happy with the finished product. We will take note of any snags and address these as well as any other aftercare issues. An operations and maintenance manual covering all aspects of the work, will be supplied to the client for their reference
You don’t have to use cash or bank facilities to fund your office refurbishment! Instead of tying up large amounts of capital, a smarter alternative could be to use a lease facility.
